Introduction Purpose of This Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between the player accessing the mm78 platform (www.mm78.pro) and mm78 ("Company").

By accessing this platform, registering an account, or playing games, the player confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to follow all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not continue using the service.

1 Account Registration and User Eligibility

2 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

2.1 Deposits

You can deposit on the mm78 platform using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. As long as there are no technical issues, deposits will be reflected in your account instantly.

2.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed only through the player's original deposit method. The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks, and requests will be completed within 1 hour of confirmation.

2.3 Financial Restrictions

• Depositing using a third party's bank account or payment instruments is prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering is prohibited.
• If any attempt to withdraw without making a deposit is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

3 Bonus and Promotion Policy

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New players joining mm78 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager bonus amount × 20 times.

3.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Not all games can be used for bonus wagering — some games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• Each player may claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be split or exchanged for cash — please meet the promotion terms before attempting a withdrawal.

4 Fair Play and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play

The mm78 platform protects the fairness of every game with SSL encryption and digital security technology. All outcomes are generated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, so it is impossible to predetermine a player's final result.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using a bot or automated software on the platform.
• Attempting to modify game code or the platform's servers.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses fraudulently ("bonus abuse").
• Attempting to manipulate games in a match-fixing manner between players.
• Any form of attempt to defraud the platform in collusion with a third party.

If any such violations are detected, the company reserves the right to close the account without prior notice and forfeit any remaining balance.

5 VIP Tiers and Cashback Policy

The mm78 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players move up the tiers based on their play history and wagering volume.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Cashback will be added to the player's account every week and can be used directly for play with no bonus wagering requirement. If you wish to withdraw cashback winnings, please check the applicable wagering rates that may apply.

6 Account Suspension and Restrictions

6.1 Suspension by the Company

The player confirms by this agreement that the company has the right to suspend their account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons —

• A breach of these terms and conditions is found
• Suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity is found
• Bad faith play is found
• A legally valid court order requires compliance
